Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online store ANABOLIC WORLD.
Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with:

Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The display of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer. Only by placing the order does the customer make a binding offer. The order confirmation will be sent by email.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices in accordance with the small business regulation under § 19 UStG, meaning no VAT is charged.
Payment methods: All standard payment methods available through Shopify Payments.
Shipping Conditions
Delivery times vary by product and destination country, ranging from 4 to 10 business days. International shipping is available.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days without providing any reason. Details are outlined in the Withdrawal Policy.
Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is damaged or defective, the customer can request a replacement or refund.
Final Provisions
Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Alle angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise gemäß der Kleinunternehmerregelung nach § 19 UStG, d. h., es wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.
Zahlungsmethoden: Alle gängigen Zahlungsmethoden, die über Shopify Payments verfügbar sind.
Versandbedingungen
Die Lieferzeiten variieren je nach Produkt und Zielland zwischen 4 und 10 Werktagen. Der Versand erfolgt international.
Widerrufsrecht
Kunden haben das Recht, den Kauf innerhalb von 7 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen. Details dazu sind in der Widerrufsbelehrung geregelt.
Gewährleistung und Haftung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Sollte ein Produkt beschädigt oder fehlerhaft sein, kann der Kunde eine Ersatzlieferung oder Rückerstattung anfordern.
Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
